Perfect holiday apartment with fantastic sea views

The best feature is the large balcony with a wonderful view of Mavarštica Bay and across the sea to the neighboring islands of Brač, Šolta, and Drvenik Veli. In addition to a sun lounger, there is plenty of space for a dining table, four chairs, and a clothes dryer. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom are very functionally furnished and spacious enough. The apartment has everything you could wish for. Even small items like clothes hangers and clothespins, which are sometimes in short supply elsewhere, are readily available. The nearest swimming spot is only 200 m away and can be reached via narrow stairways. A new, large supermarket is about 1 km away. The landlady is very kind and helpful. The kitchen work surface was a bit small, but it was easy to use the dining table or balcony table to prepare food. The air conditioning is located only in the living room, which can be inconvenient for the bedroom on very hot days. However, the north-facing window makes it quite bearable. Apartment with a beautiful view of the sea and the town. Photos are 100% authentic. Comfortable, well-equipped, clean, with air conditioning. The owner is very kind, helpful, and hassle-free (early check-in, changing towels or bed linen). Parking is in front of the building, on the ground floor. The beach is 5–10 minutes away, the market and restaurants 20–25 minutes. Trogir is about 4 km away. Quiet and peaceful place. Beautiful view, comfortable apartment with a kitchen and air conditioning. Very kind owners. Comfortable for four people (two couples). The beach is 2 minutes on foot, the larger beach 8 minutes, the shop 20 minutes, and there is also a nearby restaurant not listed on Google Maps – literally 200 meters down the street. Croatia is beautiful and hot. I recommend visiting the nearby beautiful town of Trogir and taking the BuraLine cruise, during which you can jump into the sea from the boat and swim.
