It contains 2 bedrooms with 160x200cm double beds and one bedroom with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchen utensils, oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. The living room is equipped with satellite TV, DVD, radio. In the private garden, you can lounge by the pool, enjoy the outdoor sitting area or prepare delicious meals on the BBQ grill. When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Ražanj is a small tourist settlement in the municipality of Rogoznica, located not far away from Rogoznica towards south, and about 45 km from Šibenik. Ražanj was traditionally a small fishermen's settlement, but at the beginning of the 70ies of the 20th century the construction of weekend houses and tourist objects started, resulting in the development of tourism. Today there are about 180 inhabitants. Ražanj owes its tourist popularity to the atmosphere of a calm environment, natural beaches and clear blue sea.

Our stay in Razanj

We had a wonderful stay in Razanj. The house is very comfortable and clean and the pool is perfect. The area is quiet but everything is very closed. We arrived later than we thought, but the owner was still waiting for us and even a cake. Two things you have to know: 1. The owner is living upstairs. So we felt not completely private and free. 2. The sleeping couch is very uncomfortable, so we wouldn’t recommend the apartment for 7 people. Better you just come with 6 persons. We changed the sleeping places from some of us every night, so everybody could get some sleep. But even with this, we really liked our stay! Thanks for this opportunity! (Verbo 2022.) ( Anna )

Sehr schönes und absolut sauberes Appartement, freundliche Vermieterin. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die 2 Einzelbetten in einem der Zimmer Knarren leider ziemlich, daher auch den einen Stern Abzug. Die Beschreibung sollte um folgendes Ergänzt werden: Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus( was nicht schlimm ist, aber ich finde die Info sollte man haben) Der Pool ist tief und nicht abgesperrt( kein Problem für Schwimmer und für uns toll) Wir würden Wiederkommen und können das Appartement weiterempfehlen.
