This charming one bedroom apartment Mia is located on the ground floor of the apartment house and it's ideal for 2 persons. It consists of a comfortable bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchen with dinning area and a balcony with seating area. There is also a possibility to add an extra bed for one additional person. The guests can use WiFi and Air-conditioning for free while the washing machine is possible to use for an extra fee of 4€ per use that will be charged from the owner. During Your stay You can enjoy on the balcony with a breathtaking view overlooking the sea and the old town of Dubrovnik. The apartment is located in a very popular area of Dubrovnik. There's a 10 minute walk to the Old Town and a 8 minute walk to the nearest beach. The guests can use the parking on the street near the apartment (extra charge) or they can park their car in the garage at the nearby hotel (extra charge).

Excellent stay, close to the walls and a beautiful view of the Adriatic.

I liked the terrace and the atmosphere. They have a beautiful garden. It's only 5 minutes to the Ploče gate, and there are about 40 steps in total (not a lot compared to other apartments nearby). The air conditioning and washing machine were a bonus! Source: Booking, September 2025 (Krystal)
