The guests can use WiFi and Air-conditioning for free while the washing machine is possible to use for an extra fee of 4€ per use that will be charged from the owner. During Your stay You can enjoy on the balcony with a breathtaking view overlooking the sea and the old town of Dubrovnik. The apartment is located in a very popular area of Dubrovnik. There's a 10 minute walk to the Old Town and a 8 minute walk to the nearest beach. The guests can use the parking on the street near the apartment (extra charge) or they can park their car in the garage at the nearby hotel (extra charge)

In addition to Dubrovnik, the Old Town, walls and beaches, the Dubrovnik region offers you the opportunity to visit and explore the surrounding picturesque places such as Cavtat, Metkovic, the islands of Korcula and Lastovo and many other picturesque picturesque towns adorning the Dubrovnik region.
Perfectly situated in front of Banje beach and Ploce gate, with 2 supermarkets within easy access and Sveti Jakov beach within a walkable 20 minutes - the location is perfect! Some steps to get to the property but not too many. The balcony is the best part, with town and sea views. Away from the crowds in the Old Town, quiet at night but easy to reach all the restaurants, etc. We stayed in apartment Elena, it had a huge bedroom and a small, but functional, kitchen and a bathroom. We had dinner on the balcony and walked to town to get ice cream at Giani’s every night. Mrs. Elena welcomed us with refreshments and even had a cute goodbye present for us. They left us delicious tomatoes from their garden every morning. We'll come back!
