Apartment with private pool for 6 persons on great location in Zadar

Apartment Kiara with a private pool is situated on the first floor of the family house. It consists of three bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen, a living room with SAT TV, a bathroom with shower, and a balcony with a garden view. The owners live on the ground floor, but the pool and the garden with a BBQ area and seating area are at guests' disposal for private use.
The apartment has free Wi-Fi access, air-conditioning, and private parking in front of the house.
The apartment's location is just 2 km from the city center of Zadar and 2.5 km to the first beaches like Kolovare beach and Karma beach. Zadar Airport is 10 km away. In Zadar guests can enjoy beautiful beaches, and historical sights of the old town, but also natural sights like mountain Velebit, and lake Vransko. Zadar's port is well-connected with the surrounding islands like Ugljan and Pasman, which make an excellent daily trip from Zadar.

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Very friendly hosts, child friendly and a very clean pool, and I must say it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Providing my guests with the best possible comfort and satisfaction right from my arrival was truly exceptional. The rooms were beautifully furnished, spacious and clean. I felt that it had everything I needed for a pleasant and relaxing stay. What really set Apartment Kiara apart was its exceptional service. Vesna's warm and sincere treatment and everything during the stay was excellent. The location of Apartment Kiara was also ideal. This apartment in Zadar offers a peaceful location. Everything was great! Friendly hostess who provided us with fruit and other treats upon arrival and during our stay. Great accommodation in Zadar! Excellent location; you can quickly get to the beach and the city with Uber. The outdoor area with its own pool is truly beautiful, and there are even three balconies. The hostess was also very kind and we immediately felt at home. Even though the family lives downstairs, we didn't notice them at all and we had the outdoor area with the pool all to ourselves.
