Simple apartment for four guests, near the sea and NP Paklenica
The simply, but lovely furnished Apartment Ante is located in a small village of Seline, on Paklenica Riviera. It is situated on the first floor of this apartment house and it can accommodate up to four guests.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with two double beds and a TV, a bathroom with a shower and a main area. In the bedroom, you also have a small desk which can be used as an office. In the main living area, you can find fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary cooking appliances. Next to the kitchen, there's a dining area and an air-conditioning. From the apartment you have an access to your private balcony overlooking the neighbourhood and a garden around the property.
Private parking is at your disposal. BBQ can be found in the shared garden. Washing machine is available on request 5 euros per wash. The sea is only 200m away and the National Park Paklenica is 3km away.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

If you are look for a place to spend a perfect family vacation, Seline is just such a place for you. It is a small settlement below the Velebit mountain. It is 3 kilometers away from Starigrad and Paklenica - one of the Croatian National parks. Seline is adorn by a beautiful long beach and fresh mountain air comming from Velebit. Just 455 people live in this small village and they are traditionally occupied by the agriculture and fishing. By the expansion of tourism in this area due to the rising interest of inquisitive visiting Paklenica and Velebit at first, they expanded tourist offer renting private apartments and selling home grown products, such as olive oil, cheese, honey and fruits of the sea.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY / STRICT). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
