Beautiful modern apartment for a couple with stunning sea view

Apartment Quenns No.2 is located in the small town of Selce near Crikvenica. It is located on the third floor of the house. The accommodation consists of a kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a spacious living room. The apartment has air conditioning, free internet access, satellite TV and a spacious balcony with a view of the sea. Pets are welcome. The house is 400 meters from the city center and only 300 meters from the beach. There is one parking lot in front of the building. Selce is located in a picturesque bay near Crikvenica, on one of the most diverse parts of the Adriatic coast. This seaside resort, once a village of fishermen and stonemasons, today is an interesting holiday destination with a tradition of tourism that goes back more than a century.

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Selce is located in a picturesque cove next to Crikvenica, on one of the most diverse parts of the Adriatic coast. This seaside resort, once a village of fishermen and stonemasons, today makes an interesting holiday destination with a tradition of tourism reaching back more than a century. Selce has won many awards for the excellence of its tourism offer and the overall appearance of the town. It has also won the title of best holiday resort on Kvarner four times. In addition, it came second twice and first once (in 2002) in the "Blue Flower" campaign organised by the Croatian National Tourist Board for the best holiday resort on the Adriatic. Selce is a perfect place for pleasant summer holidays, with well-tended Blue Flag beaches, a wonderfully clean sea, a seaside promenade, and many cultural, entertainment and sporting events (folklore, concerts, painting exhibitions, fish festivals on the waterfront, sport-fishing for visitors, sailing regattas and much more). The town also has a diving centre with diving school and various water sport facilities. Selce can accommodate several thousand visitors in private homes and hotels, holiday villas and two campsites set amidst the area's beautiful natural scenery and crystal clear sea.

The pictures actually don't do the apartment enough justice. There is some road noise, but it didn't bother us at all, and you are right next to the bus stop if needed for a trip to Rijeka, etc Short walk down to the seafront and plenty of restaurants/bars. Nice walk to the next town, about 40 minutes. A hill to climb back up to apartment, but manageable, and worth it. Options of large supermarket 15 minute flat walk away or smaller shops near the sea. Ein schönes, modernes und sehr gepflegtes Apartment mit herzlichem Empfang und traumhaftem Blick über den Ort Selce, das Meer und auf die Insel Krk. Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Hafen…alles fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Really great view on Selce and the sea from a wide terrace. Very warm welcome and support by Sandra & Igor. Whole apartment is very clean, modern and very nice to stay. Fantastic place! The best balcony-terrace in the area, facing the gulf of Selce. Very quickly you can reach on foot the sea, the port and the beach via a beautiful path through the pictoresque houses. Many photography opportunities too! All restaurants are great. Maybe we liked more Kruh i vino on the South side of the shoreline. The apartment is very near to the regional road but with this view you quickly forget it and you dive into the bliss of this incredible terrace-apartment. Highly recommended! Wir waren für 2 1/2 Wochen , 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kinder, zu Gast bei Familie Rekel. 4 Tage in der untersten Wohnung und 2 Wochen in der obersten Wohnung mit der grossen Terrasse. Einmalige Aussicht und sehr modern, funktional eingerichtete Wohnungen. Sehr sauber, gepflegter Umschwung. Trotz wechselhaftem Wetter haben wir uns sehr wohl in der geräumigen Wohnung und generell bei der Gastfamilie gefühlt.
