The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine, and other cooking appliances. It consists of one bedroom with twin beds and another bedroom also with separate beds. Please note that the apartment is not air-conditioned, but fans are provided for your comfort. In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower.
In the well-maintained garden, guests can enjoy a covered terrace, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue. A private parking space is available in front of the property.
Just a few kilometers away lies the charming town of Sv. Lovreč, where you will find a pizzeria, restaurant, café, grocery store, and post office.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Apartment hacienda is situated in a small village called Stranici, near the historic town of St. Lovreč. Peace and beautiful nature will fascinate everyone. In only 15-20 minutes by car you come to the beaches, bays, parks and resorts of western coast of Istria (Bale, Rovinj, Lim Fjord, Vrsar, Funtana Porec) but aswell to historic, mysterious small cities of green central Istria (Tinjan Pazin, Kanfanar, Žminj, Dvigrad, Motovun). The area is full of marked bike trails that lead to nearby villages and historic towns (Kanfanar, Dvigrad, Tinjan, Kringa).
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY / STRICT). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation. All prices include statutory VAT and residence tax. Payment methods: bank transfer and credit cards.
