The apartment is located 50 meter from the sea and promenade in Vrsar , in a very quiet zone but still very close to the sea and beaches. Furthermore, in the immediate vicinity of the apartment you can find several restaurants, bars and pizzerias. There are 2 privat parking spaces in front of the property which is included in rental price. A first beach is located 300 meters from the Villa Romana Apartments. Next to the beach there is a grassy area suitable for sunbathing, sandy beach volleyball and other sports and recreation.
