It is a converted attic at the top of a (very quiet) apartment building with plenty of parking space in a very quiet residential area. Great views of the sea and the town from the two balconies. Very clean and comfortable with all amenities including a fully equipped kitchen available. Very helpful and welcoming managers who even had some food in the fridge for us when we arrived.

The accommodation was amazing, modernly furnished, the apartment was fully equipped. Close to the sea, the beach approx. 2 min. and to the city approx. 15 min. Very nice hosts. Great (Sylvia)

Práve sme sa vrátili a musím povedať že ubytovanie bolo skutočne exkuzívne .Prenajímatelia boli veľmi milí a vo všetkom nám vyhoveli.Čistota 100 percentná .Boli sme v Rovinji siedmi krát a po prvý raz sme mali také vynikajúce ubytovanie.každému ho môžem len vrelo odporučiť.
