This nice, spacious and modern apartment A1 that can accommodate up to 6 persons, is located in the beautiful city of Rovinj. It consists of three double bedrooms; two of them with double bed and one of them with two single beds. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with oven, stove, refrigerator, toaster, dishwasher, coffee machine, water kettle and dinning table. There is also a sat tv in one of the bedrooms, where you'll also find a sofa, while wi-fi internet is available in the whole apartment. Two bathrooms consist a shower, toilette and towels. The apartment is air conditioned. It's located on the 1st floor and it offers to its guests a terrace where they can rest during hot summer evenings. Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
