When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Tucked in a residential area, this property is a gem and offers parking The parking for this property was two short blocks away and was easily accessible. Everything is within walking distance to the center, grocery stores, restaurants, laundry, and shopping. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable with a patio, and we didn’t lack anything. We enjoyed our accommodations and Rovinj that we added two more days to our stay, however, we had to move across the street as the room we were in was previously booked. Milos was outstanding and very helpful throughout the transition. On a side note, our room across the street was fabulous as well and did include on-site parking. October 2023. Excellent location with a spacious, clean, bright, quiet and new apartment, even better than the photos proposed. Excellent breakfast with desserts and salty menu. Proximity to the historic center is reachable with a simple walk, possibility of having bicycles. Parking nearby with pass offered by the hotel. Friendly and very kind staff! (Stefano from Italy)

Staff very friendly and helpful, the structure and the rooms are well cared for and spotlessly clean, a daily change of towels and strategic location in a quiet and peaceful area, but it takes just 10 minutes on foot for you to arrive in the center. If we were to return to Rovinj, it will certainly be at Villa Ladavac. (Luca from Italy)
