When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

In short, we liked everything. The apartment is in a very good location, on the last floor of a new building facing the courtyard, which gives extra peace because it is not facing the road. Private parking is also a big plus. You don't even need a car, you can go for a walk around the city center. The apartment has everything a person needs, it also has two air conditioners, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom, so that the room can be comfortably cooled to the desired temperature before going to sleep.
