The apartment consist of a double bed bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a well equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary contemporary cooking appliances, and a living room with a TV and a dining area. The main living area is air-conditioned. From the living room you can enter a large covered terrace where you can find a garden furniture, small summer kitchen and a BBQ grill. This area is perfect for enjoying in warm summer evenings with your family and friends. Outside, in the well maintained garden, you can find a children playground and a private parking space.

Apartment Marija is located in the quiet place called Štinjan. The apartment is located in a family house with beautiful large garden and views of the surrounding olive trees and the countryside. The nearest beach is 1100 meters away. Business, pharmacy, cash machines and restaurants are nearby.
The village of Štinjan is located on the southwestern coast of Istria, near Pula, on the hills and bays. In the Roman period it was known as "Astiniaum". Pula is a small and quiet tourist destination only 700 meters from the central beach. Next to the main beach you can swim to small surrounding coves. During the summer many festivals are organized. One of the best known is the "truffle day" (top gastronomic event that takes place over several days in Istria)
