Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Surroundings

Pula - the largest city in Istria, located near the tip of the peninsula. Since Roman times Pula was an administrative center of the region. Pula is the most mysterious and unusual city in Croatia. This is because, above all, its rich history, which strongly influenced the architecture, culture and tradition. Arena amphitheater, built during the reign of Vespasian - one of the biggest coliseums, preserved to this day. Today, there are annual festivals, and the image of the amphitheater decorates more than half of postcards and tourist catalogs of Croatia. There are more points of interest from the Roman period which are preserving Pula: a forum where now are the musical groups, Triumphal Arch of Sergius, which was later incorporated into the city gate, the temple of Augustus.

The location is excellent, the market is 5 minutes away, the Arena is 10 minutes away, peaceful, quiet and safe surroundings. Parking in the yard of the house is ideal. The house is beautifully and modernly furnished, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are spacious, very clean and tidy, the air conditioning works great, the house is bigger than it looks in the pictures. Danijela was waiting for us and kindly helped us with all the information related to our stay. Always available and at your service, all the best, we will be back again. The accommodation is located in a quiet area, 10 minutes walk from the center (arena, port, city wall). There are fast food restaurants and cafes along the way. A grocery store and bakery are located 200 meters from the property. The apartment is modernly decorated, equipped with all necessary appliances. The inner bedroom also has a wardrobe space. The beds are comfortable, although there is free street parking, it would be difficult to find a place, so the carport for the car is very useful. A small courtyard is directly connected to the living room, you can sit there in the morning. (after that it gets hot in the summer, mosquitoes are dangerous in the evening). We were satisfied with everything. Communication was good, and the hostess Danijela was flexible when leaving the accommodation, so we had an extra half day to explore Pula. Close to the center. Apartment is very modern, big and spacious, with kitchen window sliding door directly opening on the big terrace with a gas grill. Kitchen has all the appliances you will need, and there were even some free cold beverages waiting for us at the arrival (Alen)
