The apartment is located 800 meters from the beach and consists of two bedrooms (double bed and two single beds), a small bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a living room with kitchen. Guests have access to parking in the courtyard of the house, which ensures a carefree stay. Guests also have access to a grill with a terrace in the shared garden. Pets are not allowed.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
