When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

The picturesque town of Medulin situated on the very south of the Istrian peninsula is one of the most important tourist destinations in Istria. Today Medulin is one of most developed places in Croatia, and it is, together with its citizens, fully oriented to two factors: modern tourism and old fishing. You will spend your holidays in the atmosphere of the unique bay of Medulin with 12 islets and beaches surrounded by pine woods. The sports offer of Medulin is surely one of its main assets. Six grass football fields, athletic track, discus and shot-put circle, long jump and high jump area, the possibility to rent a bike and to visit all the nearby areas, gym and 14-kilometer-long trim track are good reasons to interest you to spend here your holidays. Obviously, other sports are not forgotten as well: In Medulin there are eight tennis courts, three beach volleyball courts, six diving centres, horse centres.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY30, STRICT30, or STRICT60). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking.
