For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Thanks again to the very nice owner. We had a wonderful time in this apartment. After consultation, we were allowed to arrive quite early. Very large, clean, spacious apartment. Very well-equipped kitchen. Everything was there. Even spices, oil, baking paper, aluminum foil, and two bottles of water were in the fridge. Good pots and pans. Plenty of dishes. The only thing I personally missed was a whisk. Good water quality, no chlorine taste. Toys available. Two balconies. Large garden with grill and playground. Fig tree and grapes in the garden. The surrounding nature is very beautiful. Mountains. Beautiful beaches nearby. There's a great campsite in Sveta Marina; we went swimming in the pool there once. Just before the campsite, when you drive down, there's a beautiful bay. It's not crowded. The bay in Rabac was crowded, and parking was poor. There's a very nice bay in Ravni. About 10 km away, but it's worth the drive. There are shopping opportunities in Labin. You can also enjoy a lovely stroll through the old town and enjoy a meal. What I didn't like were some of the very narrow streets. And the fact that the house was on a very busy street. There were no sidewalks. You couldn't take a walk in front of the house. Without a car, you're stuck in the area. I would still highly recommend the apartment and would come back myself. August 2025. (Natalie )
