The accommodation is situated in an exceptional location, right in the very center and just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, making it an ideal choice for guests who wish to be at the heart of all activities. In the immediate vicinity there are shops, restaurants, and cafés, while the promenade, lively with numerous tourists and summer events such as street music and fairs, creates a vibrant atmosphere throughout the day and evening. For this reason, the accommodation is recommended for guests who do not mind city noise. The house is very attractive and has great potential. All bedrooms, as well as the living room, are equipped with air conditioning, which significantly enhances comfort. The apartment is located on the upper floor, while the terrace is positioned in front of the house, across the street. Although physically separated, this is not a disadvantage—on the contrary, the terrace is a pleasant place to relax and enjoy evenings. The greatest advantage of this accommodation is undoubtedly its outstanding location.
