Villa Leon extends over 120 sqm and is located on the first floor of a spacious and newly renovated house. It is decorated perfect combination of an authentic Istrian style and new, modern furnishings. There is a spacious garden with swimming pool that is used exclusively by guests of the apartments. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room decorated with Istrian details and equipped with an LCD TV, DVD player and sofa, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a large terrace with garden furniture. The house is air-conditioned. In front of the villa there is a beautiful garden with greenery, a grill and private swimming pool. he owner of the house lives on the ground floor, with the entrance at the back of the house, so the guests have their privacy and peace. Guests can also use bicycles, included in the price.

Near the town of Pazin, in the interior of Istria is the town with the picturesque name - Sveti Petar u Sumi (St.Peter in the woods). This place is located 12km from Pazin and 25km from Porec and the sea. It is surrounded by green hills, which are very typical for the gentle Istrian landscape and the surrounding valleys. There are cycle paths and marked trails for walkers and mountain walkers. Nearby there is a riding center with beautiful horses. Only 10 minutes by car are Pazin and its famous cave. Sv. Peter is a picturesque example of a place with a rich past with its Benedictine monastery from the early Renaissance period and its harmonious baroque buildings. But it does not only offer cultural facilities, but it also has an excellent gastronomic offer, in the surrounding country farms, where you can taste the traditional Istrian cuisine and the wine of the Istrian vineyards.

We stayed 2 weeks in this beautiful and newly renovated house. We lacked nothing. The landlords are very nice and very discreet although they live next door. The pool was cleaned after a week, towels are available in sufficient quantity. And otherwise the house is equipped with everything you need. A small supermarket is within walking distance. If you are looking for peace, this is the place for you. We were already the 2nd time in this house and it will not have been the last time. Sandra S., July 2023 (Sandra)
