This nice family house, built on the farm in a small village is situated close to the medieval town of Oprtalj. Apartment offers accommodation for max 3 people. It consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, living room with a expadible single sofa and covered balcony. There is a king-sized bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe in the bedroom. The bathrooms have shower and toilet. Fully-equipped kitchen has all necessary cooking facilities, a fridge,oven, there is also a dining area inside and outside the apartment. The living room has a seating area and a television with satellite channels. The garden features seating furniture, barbecue and fireplace facility. The house is air-conditioned, pets are allowed on request, parking is available in front of the property. Heating during cold periods powered with aircondition and extra heating element. Town with grocery store is 2,5 km away, airport 80km and from bigger town is distance of 15 km.

In the northwestern Istria, on a hill above the Mirna valley lies Oprtalj. Located at 378 m above sea level. Oprtalj its picturesque attracts many visitors. In Oprtalj every year in July, held the "Alpe Adria Folk Fest" where performing folk orchestras from Italy, Slovenia, Austria and Croatian. At the same time, and organizes and black summer truffles fair where with truffles are the producers with the typical products of this area (wine, olive oil, honey, truffles ...), and in the evening is organized promotional tasting black summer truffle in a large saucepan.
