One bedroom apartment in Central Istria for 2 persons

This nice family house, built on the farm in a small village is situated close to the medieval town of Oprtalj. Apartment offers accommodation for max 2 people. It consists of one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen, living room with a expadible single sofa and covered balcony. There is a king-sized bed, bedside tables, a wardrobe in the bedroom. The bathrooms have shower and toilet. Fully-equipped kitchen has all necessary cooking facilities, a fridge,oven, there is also a dining area inside and outside the apartment. The living room has a seating area and a television with satellite channels. The garden features seating furniture, barbecue and fireplace facility. The house is air-conditioned, pets are allowed on request, parking is available in front of the property. Heating during cold periods powered with aircondition and extra heating element. Town with grocery store is 2,5 km away, airport 80km and from bigger town is distance of 15 km.

For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. Surroundings

In the northwestern Istria, on a hill above the Mirna valley lies Oprtalj. Located at 378 m above sea level. Oprtalj its picturesque attracts many visitors. In Oprtalj every year in July, held the "Alpe Adria Folk Fest" where performing folk orchestras from Italy, Slovenia, Austria and Croatian. At the same time, and organizes and black summer truffles fair where with truffles are the producers with the typical products of this area (wine, olive oil, honey, truffles ...), and in the evening is organized promotional tasting black summer truffle in a large saucepan. Meadows is known as the center of the famous Istrian white truffle. During October visit "TUBERFEST" is an opportunity to inform and tastings original Istrian products. The exhibition jury evaluates and rewards the Istrian white truffles that are at public auction and can buy, and visitors seeking to demonstrate this underground mushroom with the help of specially trained dogs.

We had a great stay! The apartment was extremely clean and smelled amazing! Franka was very kind , she welcomed us warmly and showed us around the place. The fridge was stocked with breakfast items, which was wonderful and really helpful. Franka’s son was also very kind and gave us great recommendations. We will definitely come back! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was clean and exceptionally well-equipped. It was especially nice that the refrigerator was stocked with delicious treats.
