Holiday house Diana in the center of Kanfanar, 15 km from Rovinj. The house consists of two separate apartments. The smaller apartment Diana A1 is comfortably furnished and consists of a kitchen, living room and one bedroom. The apartment has a private covered terrace, private parking inside the yard. The air conditioner is located in the bedroom, which has a double bed or two single beds. An additional bed for the 3rd person/child is located in the living room. Pets are allowed for an extra charge on the spot (max 1). A beautifully decorated yard, lots of Mediterranean greenery and a beautiful terrace will delight you.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Kanfanar is a small town located on the southwestern part of the Istrian peninsula, at 275 meters above sea level. It is only 8 km from the Lim channel and the famous caves. The Mediterranean climate prevails with pleasant temperatures in summer and mild winters. For those who like free climbing, there are two suitable places in Kanfanar: one is at the end of Limska spilja, next to the road, and the other is above Dvigrad, in the northern part of Draga. On the other hand, those who like to walk or ride a bike will find a series of roads and paths that lead to the most beautiful interior of the Istrian peninsula. 30 kilometers of bicycle paths connect Kanfanar with neighboring settlements such as Dvigrad, Lim, Barat, Žminj and Svetvinčent.
Payment and cancellation terms depend on the type of conditions for the selected accommodation (FLEXY / STRICT). Optionally, the guest can choose travel insurance.
The number of guests is limited to the number of people in your reservation. Parties or events are not permitted without prior permission. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are only allowed if stated in the description. Payments will be processed in accordance with the payment terms and conditions for each reservation.
