One-bedroom apartment Flores is located in the heart of Istria in a small place, St. Pataj located 2 km away from Pazin. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Furthermore, the living room features a sofa bed where one extra person can sleep. The apartment is comfortable and nicely furnished. The rental price includes the use of W-LAN, bed linen and towel, as well as a private parking in front of the house. In the well maintained garden you can find a seating furniture and a BBQ grill. Private parking place is available in front of the property. On warm summer days, guests can refresh themselves in the prefabricated pool of 12m3. Only few kilometers away, in the city of Pazin you can find a pizzeria, restaurant, cafe, shop and a post office, while the first gas station is just few hundred meters far..

Pazin is a town located in the center of the Istrian peninsula. The old part of Pazin is located on a slope below which is the abyss of the river Pazinčica, which forms a geological phenomenon known as the Pazin Cave. Over time, the city expanded westward into the hinterland of the Pazin Cave, where the Pazincica River in its course created the famous waterfall Zarecki Roof and Lake, which during the summer heat attracts tourists and residents of Pazin for refreshment. Due to its geographical location Pazin is characterized by a continental climate with hot summers, and because of its central position in Istria, Pazin winters are cold and occasionally foggy, and summers are hot due to the valley in which it is located. Pazin is connected to all cities in Istria by road, and through it passes the Istrian Ypsilon, which connects it through the Učka tunnel with Rijeka and the rest of Croatia.

A warm, smiling hostess. The apartment is spacious, neat and clean with all the necessary amenities. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was extremely quiet, so we had a great night's sleep. Ample parking in the yard. Irena and Daniel were lovely hosts, they were kind, generous and gave us amazing recommendations. They helped right away with any problem.
