The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, living room with dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Furthermore, the living room features a sofa bed where one extra person can sleep. The apartment is comfortable and nicely furnished. The rental price includes the use of W-LAN, bed linen and towel, as well as a private parking in front of the house. In the well maintained garden you can find a seating furniture and a BBQ grill. Private parking place is available in front of the property. Only few kilometers away, in the city of Pazin you can find a pizzeria, restaurant, cafe, shop and a post office, while the first gas station is just few hundred meters far.

Pazin is connected to all cities in Istria by road, and through it passes the Istrian Ypsilon, which connects it through the Učka tunnel with Rijeka and the rest of Croatia.
