Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Great summer time in Motovun

We had a wonderful time in Motovun thanks to this accommodation. The studio is very cosy and brings you closer the atmosphere of the whole magic city. The kitchen is a little bit smaller, but it has everything you need to prepare essential meals. Everything was very clean and perfectly prepared. The host Miro and his wife were very friendly and hospitable. We hope to visit this place again in the future and meet them again :) (Magdaléna)

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is in a great location and the place is really beautiful, with great restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and met all our expectations. We had such a beautiful time at Casa Amica. The house is cozy, full of charm, and perfect for a quiet couples’ getaway. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, sipping wine on the terrace, and just relaxing together. Everything was super clean and tastefully decorated – you can feel that a lot of love went into creating this place. It was the perfect mix of comfort and Istrian charm.
