Apartment complex Villa Anja is located in the village Medaki, only 2 km from the sea and the Lim Canal. Villa Anja is a complex of 6 apartments for 2-6 persons. Guests of this beautiful, typical Istrian house can enjoy a pool (80 m2), a whirlpool, and a barbecue. All apartments are fully equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. Each of the apartments has its own private terrace with seating and parking for the car. A large and well-maintained yard with a large pool and whirlpool will delight your friends and family. All apartments are additionally equipped with air conditioning, Sat-TV and a dishwasher. Pets are welcome at an additional charge. This comfortable holiday house near Rovinj and Poreč is characterized by a typical Istrian architecture and friendly hosts that are always at your service. Nearby there are several famous restaurants, bicycle trails, promenades, sight seeing options and other entertainment facilities.

Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Surroundings

The apartment complex Villa Anja is located in the village Medaki, next to the historic town of St. Lovrec. It is surrounded by a green well-maintained garden with a view of the forest landscape. Near the holiday home is the Limski Kanal where you can visit famous fish restaurants or go on a trip to Rovinj or Poreč with a tourist boat. In only 15-20 minutes by car you will reach the beaches, coves, camps and tourist resorts of the western coast of Istria (Rovinj, Lim Fjord, Vrsar, Funtana and Porec) and historic towns and sights of the mysterious and green central Istria (Sveti Lovrec, Tinjan, Pazin, Kanfanar, Žminj, Dvigrad and Motovun).

Das Bungalow ist gut ausgestattet und die Besitzer sind sehr gastfreundlich. Einziger Nachtteil war, dass es rund 7 Whnungen gibt und der Pool so immer besetzt ist. Wir hatten aber tolle "Nachbaren". July 2020. (Patricia aus AUT)
