When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

We cannot praise this apartment enough; Mrs. Marina was extremely kind and helpful. On one side there is a beautifully maintained garden, and on the other around 100 olive trees. We sat on the terrace in the garden and fully enjoyed the atmosphere. And – for thirsty cyclists, the fridge was well stocked with complimentary drinks. We were greeted warmly and friendly. The apartment is located directly on the Parenzana trail, ideal for a cycling tour. Quiet location, very spacious and clean, very well equipped, with a beautiful terrace next to the olive grove. There are no restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Everything was perfect! The house is extremely beautiful, equipped with absolutely everything needed, and very clean! A dream garden! Truly a place full of positive energy! The host Marina was very available, she waited for us until late, as we arrived around 11 PM! Lovely home located in an olive grove. Easy to find and Rosana was very responsive and friendly. We stayed one night and the house had everything we needed to cook supper as we didn’t want to drive in the dark to a restaurant. As the home is in the countryside, there are some bugs (possibly stink bugs), including in the house. Didn’t seem to be of the biting variety. Would stay here again. (Airbnb, October 2023.) (D.
