This air-conditioned apartment is located on the first floor and consists of one bedroom with one double bed and an additional sofa bed for 2 more people in the living room. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, stove, kettle, refrigerator, microwave), dining and living room, and a bathroom with shower. During your stay, you can enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony while drinking your morning coffee. Guests can use the shared garden and barbecue. Parking is provided in front of the property. With 30 sandy beaches, Rab is a truly happy island with many small, picturesque bays, which tourists from all over the world have recognized almost 125 years ago, and until today, because of the crystal clear, warm and shallow sea, great for the whole family.

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.
