This nice and comfortable studio apartment is located in the beautiful city of Postira, on the island of Brac. It consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room, a well equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, refrigerator, water kettle, coffee machine and dinning table. Also available one bathroom with shower. Sat-tv and wifi internet connections are on the guests' disposal as well. It's located on the first floor and it has an exit to a spacious balcony where guests can rest during hot summer evenings. Use of air condition is upon a charge of 5 eur / day. Private parking is provided in front of the property. Supetar is the largest place and at the same time the only urban centre on the island and as such it represents an administrative, cultural and a tourist centre. Rich cultural and historical heritage of Supetar will take you back to Roman times.

Payment and Cancellation
When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Supetar is the largest place and at the same time the only urban centre on the island and as such it represents an administrative, cultural and a tourist centre. Rich cultural and historical heritage of Supetar will take you back to Roman times. You will find yourself surrounded by numerous “villae rustice” and remains of a mosaic located next to the parish church dating from the 6th century. An imperative is the Church of St. Mary of the Annunciation from the 18th century with a beautiful bell tower and a museum. Walking down the cobblestoned streets and across romantic squares “pjacete” will make you understand the true spirit of a Dalmatian coastal town
