Two-bedroom apartment on a beautiful secluded location in Lokve

In the heart of Gorski Kotar, surrounded by beautiful nature and peace, there is a family house with two apartments. The ground floor apartment is fully equipped and has heating included in the winter months. It consists of two bedrooms (rooms with double and single bed), bathroom and kitchen and living room with exit to the terrace, where there is a sitting set. In the yard there is a parking lot and a barbecue and garden furniture. The house is located a few hundred meters from Lokvarsko Lake where in summer you can go swimming, cycling or walking on groomed paths that lead around the lake. Nearby is the Golubinjak Forest Park, which is the perfect place to socialize with a barbecue with family and friends. Payment and Cancellation

When booking, 10% of the total price must be paid, while the remaining 90% is due no later than 30 days before arrival. For cancellations 30 or more days before arrival, the deposit will be refunded, with a fee of €50 for administrative costs. For cancellations between 29 and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged.

Surroundings

Lokve is a small mountain village and municipality in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County in Croatia. They are located in the centre of Gorski Kotar, halfway between Delnice and Fužine, right next to the Rijeka - Zagreb highway. The small river Lokvarka flows along the place, the reconstruction of which created a large accumulation lake. Lokvarsko Lake is also the biggest attraction of the place, which fits perfectly into the natural environment and attracts many lovers of fishing, swimming and sports activities such as hiking and biking. Nearby is one of the most beautiful caves in Croatia, the cave Lokvarka. It is well decorated and open to visitors. Next to the place there is a beautiful forest park Golubinjak ideal for walking and enjoying the fresh air and natural beauty. Among the cultural sights, we single out the interesting Frog Museum and the Homeland Collection, which preserves a valuable ethnological collection and traditional objects of this place. The ponds are an ideal starting point for discovering the Risnjak National Park, the highest mountain in Gorski Kotar, which rises above the town.

Extremely kind and hospitable hosts, clean and tidy apartment-house, big enough and comfortable for 11 people. A special addition is the tavern with a barbecue and a barbecue, great for socializing in winter when there is half a meter of snow and blowing outside and it is warm inside. The location is good, close to a beautiful lake. The beds and bathroom were also good. The owners are very friendly and helpful. It's mostly a house to run things from. Komunikacija je od prvog trenutka bila veoma prijateljska i opuštena a sve je počelo uz piće dobrodošlice. Apartman je lijep i komotan i što je bitno za ovo doba godine topao. Sve je bilo idealno čisto a lokacija je idealna za obilazak svih znamenitosti Gorskog Kotara jer je sve u krugu od nekoliko kilometara.
