Very practical and clean studio - if you don't mind doing some stairs, this place under the roof of the house is really nice and close to everything - location at the quay where beautiful sailing yachts are docking. The fact to be between two restaurants was no problem - no annoying noises at all... I would for sure recommend this place for one person or a couple, eventually with a child that can use the sofa-bed; even for a longer stay since it's fully equipped - for me it was the first time to rent an AirB&B where the owner got his place managed for pick up keys via a local travel agency - available to guests both by telephone and at the office until late at night. Eine Woche in einer Wohnung mit vielen Defekten und Defiziten wie z.B. kein Waarmwasserdruck, kaputte Kaffeemaschine, kaputte Microwelle, defekte Lampen. Schlechte unvollständige Küchenausstattung.
Wir durften in der 2. Woche umziehen in eine schöne Wohnung im gleichen Haus.
Danach war die letzte Woche entspannter und es war alles gut.
Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Rovinj. Für 4 Erwachsene ist das Apartment etwas eng, aber auf jedenfall okay! August 2020
