Casa spaziosa e pulita, attrezzata con ogni comfort, situata in una zona tranquilla ma ben servita, a cinque minuti supermercati fruttivendoli e panetterie. Il mare un po più distante ma comunque comodo da raggiungere! Abbiamo apprezzato anche il terrazzo e il posto macchina privato! Consiglio a coppie e famiglie che vogliono soggiornare in una casa comoda e situata in un punto strategico per visitare tutta l’istria!
In diesem schönen Haus kann man mit 2 oder 3 Personen einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbringen. Der kleine Pool ist ideal um sich abzukühlen. Die Vermieter wohnen gegenüber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zufahrt ist zwar recht eng aber man kann es schaffen.

This house is new build, with the finest private pool area, you have your own private parking lot with electric gate, you can relax inside with air condition, the beds are very comfortable, and you are undisturbed. it's not far away for Porec and you can walk to Lidl to shop and get bread for breakfast.
The landlord that comes with the key are very kind and shows you the house, no problems when leaving and returning the key.

Schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung, gute Lage und gute Ausstattung. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und Flur der Wohnung, somit gute Kühlung der gesamten Wohnung möglich
Lokacija je stvarno odlična, plaža odmah preko puta kuće, šetališta s desne strane na minutu a na lijevu strane grad na minutu šetnje. Nigdje se ne mora autom. Kuća sama je lijepo uređena. Ima divno prednje dvoriše ograđeno grmnom ogradom. Nedostaci ju manjak programa tj. samo su dostupni yt, netflix…

Wir haben eine Woche in der Vila Danelon verbracht und können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen.
Es liegt ein wenig abseits und in Alleinlage, jedoch ist der Weg in die Stadt oder an den Strand nur ein paar Autominuten lang.
Für Familien mit Kindern ist der Garten ideal. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist teilweise ein bisschen abgewohnt, aber grundsätzlich gibt es kaum etwas zu bemängeln. Auch der Kontakt zur Hausinhaberin ist toll und man bekommt schnell eine Antwort.
