Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit im "Holiday Home Terre Bianche with Private Pool". Das Ferienhaus entspricht absolut den Bildern und ist in einem perfekten Zustand. Alles tipp top sauber und gepflegt. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ein toller Garten, komplett eingezäunt, in dem unser Hund sich ungestört aufhalten konnte.
Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich und super freundlich. Zur Begrüßung gab es selbst gemachte Marmelade und Wein, zwischendurch haben sie uns frisches Obst aus dem Garten vorbei gebracht.
Sie wohnen nebenan und durch den separaten Eingang ist man absolut ungestört. Dennoch sind sie jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man Hilfe benötigt hätte.
Der Pool ist traumhaft. Schön groß um darin zu schwimmen und sich zu erfrischen.
Die ländliche Gegend lädt zu schönen Spaziergängen entlang von Weinreben und Olivenbäumen ein. Eine tolle Gegend auch zum Radfahren!
In ein paar Minuten erreicht man Buje, in dem man im Supermarkt alles bekommt, was man benötigt.

Thank you for the great days with you! We really had an unforgettable time. The location was super nice and quiet. We also thought it was great that we were alone and could actually do whatever we wanted. It was only about 20 minutes by car from the city of Porec. The two welcome gifts also made our stay more enjoyable. June, 2021.
Propriétaires très gentils et serviables. Appartement d’une propreté irréprochable et bien équipé. La piscine est le vrai plus de cette location.

Der Garten und die Wohnung sind in einem super Zustand und sehr schön. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und dank Übersetzungsapp klappt die Kommunikation einwandfrei. In einer halben Stunde ist man am Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 10 min entfernt. Sehr zu empfehlen ! August 2021.
This was a very beautiful house with everything one needs for a great vacation. Also recommending for everyone who likes to cycle, run or likes to spend days outside. Just perfect area for exploring. House has everything you need and the host was very helpful and kind. See you again. JUne, 2022

Great spacious house ideally located with a very pleasant swimming pool. Practical poolhouse. Full brand new equipment. Efficient air conditioning. Particularly warm welcome from attentive hosts.

What a house!! After entering the private and gated driveway you can par your car in the shade. Klaudio and his family live on the same premises which give you comfort and safety although you can spend your holiday in complete privacy. Wendy the friendly family dog patrols the area at night. Our kids loved her. The house itself has everything for an amazing summer holiday. With 3 airconditioned bedrooms, 2 nice bathrooms and an airconditioned living rooms. The shutters at the windows bring extra darkness or cooling. Everything is made with love, nice and new appliances! Great wifi! Outside you will have an amazing private infinity pool, (11x5m) with enough sunbeds and umbrella’s and pool tables. Aswell as an outside shower, toilethouse and summer outdoor kitchen will again all needed appliances an crockery. The outdoor kitchen can be closed with glass walls for colder/cooler days. Within 10 min drive you are in Pazin village with a big Lidl, local stores and very near aswell an amazing Kroatian pizzaria (la rotonda). Within 30-45 minutes you are in Porec, Labin or Pula as the villa lies in almost the very center of istria with very easy access to highways. We highly recommend staying in Villa Mateo!!
