Very nice holiday in the off-season! To Porec a bit to drive, but otherwise no problem. Beautiful house with private pool! E. for six people but a bit small!

Wir waren die ersten Gäste in dieser schönen Unterkunft. Das Häuschen liegt in Nova Vas in einer ruhigen Sackgasse. Von dort aus sind es mit dem Auto nur etwa 10 Minuten bis Porec und zum Strand. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet und der Pool im Außenbereich war ein Highlight des Urlaubs. Der Vermieter ist super nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen :-).

Very clean and very well appointed ... Moreover, the owner was really very friendly and nice and we enjoyed being able to exchange long discussions with him. He was very considerate! Do not hesitate a moment to spend your holidays in this beautiful villa !!! August 2019
Wir (2 Familien) hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Ferienhaus ist sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet (Klima in jedem SZ) und hat eine kleine Taverne für gemütliche Abende draußen. Der Vermieter versorgte uns super mit selbst gemachten Wein.
Zum Strand sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Das Haus befindet sich in einem super Zustand. Sehr modern, sehr sauber und komfotabel. Alle Räume haben eine Klimaanlage.
Die Vermieter sind super nett und versorgten uns mit selbstgemachten Wein.
Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus mit allem drum und dran, interessante und sehr praktische Aufteilung. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet viel Platz für eine große Familie. Außerdem verfügt das Haus über einen eigenen großen Parkplatz. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Das Haus befindet sich 5 km von Porec entfernt, wo man eine große Auswahl an Strände hat. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht und können das Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank! (August 2020)

We were well received by the Vani family and everything was neatly tidy.The owner has worked at the house for 6 years and the result may be, we were the first residents in a beautiful house.The surroundings we found were also very nice and very nice Places like Porec itself and Novigrad, Motovun, Groznjan, Opaija, Rovinj and more !! In a word super

A very nice holiday home! The owner has arranged everything down to the last detail and everything has been thought about during the construction of this house. The location is fine, a good road leads to the house and from the village you can quickly get on the main roads to visit nice places. The owner is very helpful and you can contact any questions or problems. The sitting area opposite the house is very cozy and here it is fine to stay after a long day, this part is equipped with a bbq and even a kitchen! During the warm summer months you will sleep well, the whole house has air conditioning. We had to report to Euro Tours, but we did not receive a key here, we got it from the owner at the address of our stay. We also did not have to return the key to Euro Tours. The full contact and transfer ran through the owner. Given that Euro Tours only called the owner that we were there, we found it unnecessary to first drive to the center of Poreč and then drive to the house without keys. This is of course not a disaster, perhaps for the following tenants already useful information. We greatly enjoyed the stay! As a gift from the owner there were even bottles of wine and olive oil, all from our own farm.
