It was a perfect accommodation in the nature, in a nice village! Lot of rooms, cleanliness, huge clean pool. The beach and the city is only 15 minutes with car. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

The house was really great. Just as shown in the pictures. Well maintained. Arrival \/ departure takeover was all totally uncomplicated and worked out wonderfully. The landlord was very friendly, speaks very good English u took care of, brought fresh sheets etc ... Amenities House kitchen was fully equipped, everything you need, two beautiful bedrooms, air conditioning worked great. TV u WLan was great too. The pool was really nice big u very well maintained and clean location of course you have the car ready. In Sveti Lovrec (about 3km) there is not much but a supermarket where you get everything. By car you are in about 12 minutes in Vrsar, there are a few restaurants, shops etc ... to Porec it takes about 20 minutes. On the way there are also many restaurants on the street offering fresh grilled suckling pig. The beaches can also be reached in about 15 minutes by car in Orbani itself there is nothing except a few houses, chickens and other dogs (you hear them barking many, but after we also had a dog with us, that did not bother us) the house is specified for 6 people. For us it would be perfect for 2 adults and 1-2 children with a dog.

It was wonderful to arrive after two days of traveling, to open the gate and to see a lovely swimming pool with a nice terrace and softly flowing curtains. The peace fell directly on us.

Everything went smoothly on arrival. The accommodation was clean and well maintained. The pool lonely top. Unfortunately there were several scorpions in the upper bedrooms. Perhaps the owner can still improve on the tightness of the gauze in the windows and the door, since they are not tight all around. The environment is just amazing. The tranquility can be grabbed and the environment has so much to offer. The landlord is very accommodating.
Wir haben uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt. Orbani ist ein schöner ruhiger Ort zum entspannen. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall notwendig, da es sehr abgelegen ist. Das Haus ist auch super für Familien geeignet. Der Pool ist traumhaft. Source: Airbnb

Ein sehr schön gemachtes Haus, mit vielen Sitz, Liege- und Chillgelegenheiten am Pool und am höhergelegenenen Grill- und Essbereich. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, selbst das Sofa im Wohnzimmer. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingericihtet und mit Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Wir haben uns zu fünft dort gut eine Woche aufhalten können. Selbst mit dem Rollstuhl unseres Sohnes sind wir dort zurechtgekommen. Es gibt natürlich überall kleine Stufen und Hindernisse, die mit Hilfe aber leicht bewältigt werden können. Es gab sogar ein unterfahrbares Waschbecken im Erdgeschoss. Der Pool war klein aber ganz wunderbar ausreichend. WIr konnten uns dort ganz hervorragend ausbreiten. Wenn der Sommerferienverkehr es zuließ konnte man relativ schnell in den touristischen Zentren sein. source: booking.com, August 2021.
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in einem gepflegten, istrischen Bauernhaus verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich ca. 15 km von Porec im Landesinneren. Dies war uns bewusst und wir genossen die Ruhe in dem kleinen Ort Orbani. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und für jedes Problem ansprechbar. Der Pool war für unseren Sohn das Highlight, da er sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Terrasse befunden hat. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war gut und das Haus und der Garten sehr liebevoll angelegt. Wir sind im Anschluss weitergereist zu einem Mobile-Home in der Nähe von Rovinj in direkte Meernähe. Im Nachhinein wären wir lieber noch eine Woche in der Villa geblieben. Für alle, die nach Ruhe suchen und sich erholen möchten hier eine klare Weiterempfehlung !

Das Haus war schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Zur Begrüßung gab es Getränke und Obst.
Wir hatten eine schöne Aussicht mit Meerblick und die Lage war auch sehr gut.
Die Eigentümerin ist sehr freundlich.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wieder kommen.
