Quiet location, clean house, clean sheets, the owners were great, even if they live right the next door, they didn’t bother us. We were asking for a few things and Sebastian(the owner)was very kind and brought us what we asked for.
The house is enough for 12 people, the swimming pool was also very clean. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher which is a big plus, especially if you stay longer. We were 8 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of space here. When you are up for some privacy and calm surroundings, it is the perfect place for you. Although, it is inevitable that you will need a car or other vehicle to get there and around. The location is rural and surrounded by some other vacation homes as also as open space, perfect for walking and bicycling if you like being outdoors. Basic grocery stores can be reached by car within a few minutes. When you plan extensive shopping, you need to go to Porec or Pazin. You can reach plenty beaches within a radius of 20 minutes of driving. The house and garden itself are very charming and inviting. There is a bedroom on the ground floor, that is perfect for older people as the don't have to climb the stairs. Upstairs, there are 3 more bedrooms as also a very nice balcony. It is very convenient, that each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Also there is an extra guest bathroom on the ground floor. We did not use the fireplace but can imagine it to be very cosy during a chillier season. The kitchen is equipped with all basic necessities. Outdoors there is almost nothing left missing. Everything is well maintained and practical. Our kids and teens enjoyed the pool, the outdoor shower, table tennis and trampoline immensely. The adults had more appreciation for the outdoor kitchen including the barbecue as also the carport. The hosts are very hospitable and welcoming. When we had questions or issues we received help immediately. We could feel their joy and sincerity for their guests. In conclusion, we would love to stay here for another holiday any time and would strongly recommend it for bigger families or other groups.
