The location of the hotel was very good and parking was a great addition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was very quiet place, there were no noises from the other rooms.
Excellent location with a spacious, clean, bright, quiet and new apartment, even better than the photos proposed. Excellent breakfast with desserts and salty menu. Proximity to the historic center is reachable with a simple walk, possibility of having bicycles. Parking nearby with pass offered by the hotel. Friendly and very kind staff!
Staff very friendly and helpful, the structure and the rooms are well cared for and spotlessly clean, a daily change of towels and strategic location in a quiet and peaceful area, but it takes just 10 minutes on foot for you to arrive in the center. If we were to return to Rovinj, it will certainly be at Villa Ladavac.

Die Lage war perfekt - nur 5 Minuten mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Badezimmer ist schön und neu, das WLAN war in Ordnung, die Klimaanlage war gut. August 2021.

Der Aufenthalt bei Maurizio und seiner Frau in Lovrecica war fantastisch. Die beiden sind sehr freundlich und herzlich. Die Unterkunft liegt nicht einmal fünf Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Alle Restaurants und Geschäfte des kleinen Ortes sind in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Sauberkeit ist besonders hervorzuheben und war makellos.
Jolanda is a very nice and friendly host. She treated us as if we were her kids and did all to make our stay good and comfortable. The house is very nice, has a beautiful garden full of flowers. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is also a shared kitchen near the room where you can make breakfast. Each room has it's own fridge and dishes. The property is located within 5-7 min walking distance from the marina and centre of the village.
