Apartment Pleadin A3 is located in a place Zecevo Rogoznicko which is 3.5km away from the town of Rogoznica. It is situated on the first floor of an apartment house, just 350 m from the nearest beach, and it can accommodate up to eight persons.
The apartment consist of three double bed bedroom, a main living area and a bathroom with a shower. In the main area, you can find fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary cooking appliances. Next to the kitchen there's a dining area and a living area with a couch and a TV. The couch can be used as additional bed for one guests and another bed can be added in one of the bedrooms. From the main area, you can enter your private balcony with a seating area and a magnificent sea view. Outside in the shared garden, there's another seating area under a shadow of a vine and a BBQ grill. Private parking is at your disposal.

The center of Rogoznica sits on a peninsula whose old stone houses are maintained, giving the waterfront an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. The pine-covered peninsula is ideal for walking and other types of recreation.
