Comfortable Villa Steffanie is ideal for up to 12 persons. The villa spreads on 3 floors offering you everything you need for a relaxing vacation with your friends and family. The villa consists of two fully equipped kitchens, two living rooms with dinning area, 4 bedrooms with double bed and one bedroom with one double and one bunk bed. Two of the bedrooms have a private bathroom with shower in the room, the third bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and have a satellite TV. The guest have also a washing machine and a dryer on their disposal. The outdoor area consists of a 24 m2 private pool with 8 sunbeds and fenced private garden with a sitting area and BBQ. The nearest beach is located in the tourist resort Lanterna that offers the guests beautiful beaches and a lot of water sport possibilities.. Groups of young people are not welcome

The house is located in a small place Vabriga, near to Tar and just 7 km from the city of Porec. This location is great because there are lots of beaches, shops and restaurants. Cities as Porec and Novigrad are easily approchable. Nearby there are also Cervar and Lanterna, the touristic resorts. The area is recommended to the young people and families. Town Tar-Torre is settled next to the main road connecting Poreč and Novigrad. This is a fertile plateau, which on one side slopes towards the sea and on the other towards the mouth of the Mirna River. This location offers a spectacular view towards Novigrad in the north and Poreč in the south. On a lear, sunny day you can see the Alps and from the top of Tar bell tower even Venice. This region is famed for its exceptional olive oil. Experts have declared that the finest olive oil in Europe comes from these very parts, from Larun olive groves below Tar-Torre. In the summer months the place is filled with tourists all attracted by untouched nature and clear sea on the peninsula Lanterna, the famous tourist center with a lot of entertainment for visitors.
