The magical villa Terra Magica is located in the small peacefull village of Smolici, near the town of Visnjan. The villa is surrounded by unspoilt Istrian nature and is perfect for a relaxing holiday away from the city crowds. Visnjan is 6 km away and has grocery stores, bars and restaurants, but if you decide to spend a day shopping, sightseeing or visiting some beautiful beaches, the famous tourist destination - the city of Porec, is only 18 km away.
On the ground floor of this beautifully decorated villa, you will find two comfortable, air-conditioned bedrooms with satellite TVs and en-suite bathrooms, a separate WC, and a spacious open-plan living and dining room, with a fully equipped modern kitchen. One of the bedrooms has an exit to a nice furnished balcony, perfect for relaxing with a glass of good local wine during warm summer evenings. When you step outside, you will find a 800 sqm fenced garden, with a 44 sqm swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a grill and a nice terrace with an outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying meals and spending some quality time with your loved ones. In the garden, you will also find several activities that both children and adults will enjoy - a children's playground, table tennis, table soccer and two bicycles. Fantastična luksuzno uređena kuća sa mnogo sadržaja za odrasle i djecu (stolni tenis, nogomet, vožnja biciklima). Veliki bazen i fantaststican noćni ugođaj sa rasvjetom. Izuzetno udobni kreveti i kupaonice u svim sobama samo dodatno podižu dojam odmora sa 5 zvjezdica. Nadam se ponovnom odmoru u Terra magica.. June 2020 (Milan)
