Modernly equipped holiday house near Rovinj with private pool for 6 +2 person ideal for a quiet holidays in Croatia.
The house consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen and living room with corner sofa bed for two persons. From the living area there is a terrace exit with a dining table, pool and garden.
Each room has its own bathroom. Two of them are situated on the first floor and the third one is situated on the ground floor. on the first floor is a small room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
On the ground floor is from the living room direct access to the terrace and swimming pool 8x4 m. In the rental price is included use of internet, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
Private parking is located in the courtyard.

The villa is great, just amazing for a family vacation, very well furnished, everything new and without any complaints. The region of Istria is beautiful and from the villa to Rovinj, one of the most beautiful places in Croatia, it is only 15 minutes by car. Die Villa ist einfach super und sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine ruhige Umgebung. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit (Heidemarie aus Deu)
