Comfortable holiday house Andja is located in southern Istria in a small coastal village Banjole. The house can accommodate up to 12 people and spreads over 2 floors and offers you everything you need for a relaxing holiday with friends or family. The villa consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room connected to the dining room, 3 bedrooms with a double bed and two bedrooms with one double and one single bed - both have access to their own balcony. Furthermore, there are 2 bathrooms with shower (one of them with washing machine) and 2 bathrooms with bathtub. Guests can enjoy a private sauna and an outdoor jacuzzi. In addition, the outdoor area consists of a private heated pool of 10 m2 with 10 deck chairs and a private fenced garden equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Guests also have at their disposal table tennis, three bicycles and a play table with 16 different games. The house is located only 400m from the center of Banjole and 1500 m from the nearest beach.

The small fishing town of Banjole is situated on a small peninsula with a naturally protected port, it is the perfect place for enjoying the sea, sailing and fishing enthusiasts. Nature was generous to Banjole by giving it numerous bays, peninsulas and natural beaches that will, together with numerous sport activities, fill your vacation with fun and leisure. The beaches in Banjole are partly rocky and partly gravel, and since the pine wood is near the sea, it is not hard to find a shady place. Most of the houses in Banjole are 50 to 100 m away from the sea. Banjole is a perfect choice for everyone: for young people who are looking for fun (not in Banjole but in nearby towns such as Medulin, Pula) as well as for middle aged people who are looking for a peaceful vacation - there are no traffic jams or large hotel complexes, and still you have everything you need. If you like sport, you can choose between many sport activities. We recommend the famous diving centre and there is a yachting club which will soon be completed so it will be an excellent destination for sailing and navigation enthusiasts.
