There is an outdoor dining area with barbecue on the covered terrace. Villa is air-conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 3 cars and offers everything for a pleasant vacation. Villa Rosa with pool is situated in a small Istrian village Nova Vas, 5 km from the centre of Porec and 5 km from the beautiful beach Lanterna. It is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for family vacations and people that wish to escape city jams and enjoy the untouched nature. People can take long walks through the country or go biking. The nearest beach offers many sport activities on the water and on the land like tennis, mini-golf, beach-volley, water ski, daiwing, boat drive... Nearby there is the well known cave Baredine, were guests can visit the "traktor" museum also.
We enjoyed the beautifully landscaped surroundings. The children were delighted with the pool. The shop and restaurant are located in Nova Vas! August, 2020. (Ariane)
