Comfortable Villa Fabia near the beach in Porec

Comfortable villa with pool with large garden witch garanties you privacy. Beautiful villa which consists of 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and is suitable for 12 persons. On the first floor you will find a single-family apartment with double bed, sofa bed, kitchen unit and bathroom. From the apartment, you have access to balcony. On the first floor we offer as well two double rooms and two single beds in an anteroom. The living area has a large dining and living room and a spacious lounge where you can watch satellite TV, listen to music or just relax. From the living area, you have access to balcony with shade and garden view with pool. On this floor you have also two bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a two more bedrooms, one with two single beds and bathroom and second living room with a double bed ( queen bed ). Outside the house there is a large terrace area and a covered outdoor dining room with a large outdoor grill. In front of the house you will find a private swimming pool in large garden.
