Casa Mare Monti Livade with private pool

The perfect place for active holiday makers, people in search of a spot to relax, nature enthusiasts and gourmets. Casa Mare Monti Livade is an old Istrian stone house built in 1886, recently thoroughly redone and located in the quiet townlet of Livade in Central Istria, two miles from Motovun and only 14 miles to the coast.
Casa Mare Monti Livade offers the comfort of a private 230 sq feet pool where you can find refreshment on hot summer day – a great help on your way to forgetting those every day problems. Or you can enjoy the sun on deck chairs with a great view of the medieval Motovun. Adjacent to the pool there is a side building with comfortable seats and bath with shower. In the completely fenced in garden there is grilling equipment and plenty of room to romp around.
In walking distance you find restaurants serving tasty regional dishes. Livade is world famous for its truffles.
On the ground floor you will find a cosy air-conditioned lounge with internet connection an TV, a well equipped kitchen with a big dining table and direct access to the garden terrace.
There are two air-conditioned bedrooms on the first floor; One with a 180 cm wide double bed with room for an extra baby bed; One with a 160 cm wide double bed with an additional single bed. Between the two levels, there is a bathroom with shower. A washing machine is also available. Private parking lots are in front of the house.

Sehr tolle Unterkunft. Viel besser als erwartet !

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Alles war super sauber und es gab sogar essen als Geschenk. Das fanden wir echt toll. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Ausstattung war auch gut es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Nachbarn waren super Nett und Hilfsbereit. Am letzten Tag beim check out haben wir wieder ein Geschenk bekommen. Das war so eine liebe Geste. Wir hatten echt eine super schöne Zeit dort und ich würde die Unterkunft jedem empfehlen. Wir fanden es auch gut, dass die Unterkunft etwas abgelegner ist so das man seine Ruhe hatte. Der Strand ist etwa 20 km entfernt. Pool war der Hammer. Schön groß und tief genug. Alles in allem hatten wir einen super Aufenthalt und ich empfehle diese Unterkunft echt jedem.
