The villa features 4 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, an equipped kitchen along with dinning and living room. The kitchen is equipped with all neccesary appliances (electric stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher). The dining room and living room are situated on the ground floor. All bedrooms are situated on the first floor and they all have their own bathrooms. Two bedrooms feature a double bed while two other bedrooms feature one double and one single bed. Furthermore, guests can use a private jacuzzi and a large heated swimming pool in the garden. The villa is fully air-conditioned and parking is provided for 4 cars in front of the house. There are many marked bicycle routes nearby, that connect historic and picturesque Istrian towns like Višnjan, Tar, Porec and Motovun.

We charge 30% of your reservation at the time of booking and the remaining balance approximately 42 days prior to check-in. For stays booked within 42 days of check-in, we charge 100% at the time of booking. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval.
